Tre shift decks?? what flavour??

the new justicar Gaby and Dr John Dee so a little bit of ANI and a lot of dom with tha stealth and 2nds etc.

I'd like to Use Dr John Dee just because he is a super cool dude from English history, might try something like this for a JOL game....have you done anything with it??

Thinking a little more about this - how would you use the ANI exactly?

First thoughts are there are a LOT of untap&int cards available: Eyes of argus, 2nd, sense the savage way and read the winds - thats a lot of skills untapping.. but a blocking deck that shifts strikes me as not very good - maybe use some alastor for bigguns, and ANI frenzy control... all sounds like lots of cards and trying to do too much though.. when combined with the votes and mirro/seduction

meh, John Dee is so cool, need to have a proper think about it...

It's more a subtle amount of ani so some sense the savage way (great untap) plus some bruise to dump people/protect yourself (crows/aid).

And yes you have the Eyes/2nds as well

It's more some votes + some dom to kill as blocking is far too card intensive with that crypt.

Have a look at some of Ferenc's decks from NAC.

The Tre uses Mirror Walk/Seduction to get through light intercept and the ani to take down AUS wall (or hope to not meet it...)

i thnik the sense of confusion in the reactions is fine.

Combat wise a couple of canine hordes would be good - otherwise the main point is to deter ally decks and hurt other ani/pot deck enough to discourage (you're fine on the acting bit due to the mirror walks)

Some aid from bats would be good...

Both Gabrielle and Dr Dee can play Mind of the Wilds, which is new in HttB and gives them a second Stealth option.

Oh, and surely Obedience should muscle it's way in. Theft/Crows isn't going to stop anyone who's out to punch your face in anyway, so you might as well ensure (much like with the Mirror Walks) you never enter combat in the first place.

Yes but attrition combat is actually very strong in the long run and you rarely find someone who is out to demolish you with Pot as Pot notoriously struggles (even with preternatural/heroic might),
Not a massive fan of obedience as I seem to always have it in my hand as a WG comes to visit ( a game with Anthony many years ago in Watford springs to mind...!)
